USAIGC/IAIGC INDIA NATIONALS

Mary Bakke-Spadaro Technical Director mary.spadaro@usaigc.com and Paul Spadaro, President paul.spadaro@usaigc.com Invite gymnasts from across India to participate in the IAIGC INDIA NATIONALS to be held on APRIL 16th to 19th 2019 at RnR fit Gymnastics Academy Whitefield Bangalore.

USAIGC/IAIGC encourages individual event specialists and provides our gymnast with an opportunity to compete on up to Six (6) Optional Levels Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Premier.
Who can participate and at which level?
Competitive entry level is decided by the coach based on the skill level of the gymnast. The levels are progressive. Gymnasts move up the competitive ladder based on their mastery of skills not a score. Gymnasts do not have to move up to the next level in consecutive order. When and what level to move up is the coaches decision. There is no age limit to participate.

What is the purpose of the nationals?
a. To bring sections of the country together to compete
b. Provide an additional opportunity to compete Regionally
c. The championship allows qualification to the World Championship
Winners at the India Nationals qualify to participate at the USAIGC/IAIGC World Championships to be held from July 1st to 6th 2019 at Nashville TN in USA

How does USAIGC/IAIGC nationals benefit a gymnast in India?
For USAIGC/IAIGC it is all about the experience of the competition than the competition itself. Mary Bakke Spadaro is a USAG/FIG judge. She is the Technical Director USAIGC/IAIGC. Your gymnast will get an opportunity to learn and interact closely with Mary. Over the 3 days Ms Mary Spadaro will conduct training sessions with the gymnasts. She will work on skills, drills, strength, conditioning and flexibility, while continuing to perfect execution.
Your gymnast will get an opportunity to be judged by an FIG judge at the India Nationals. She will also receive a participation certificate from USAIGC/IAIGC.
